TURCODEX

  1. UNDERSTAND
  2. FIND
  3. RUN
  4. RESULTS
One connected system for how customers find, choose, and start working with a business: Understand, Find, Run, and Results.

Clearer to customers. Easier to find. Better to run.

See what to fix first.

One connected problem

01

Good service businesses lose work when customers cannot find them, trust them, or take the next step.

For an owner-operated service business, your website, search presence, reviews, forms, booking, and follow-up all shape the same decision. Turcodex finds where that path is breaking and fixes the parts that make it harder for the right customer to choose you and follow through. The first step is a written priority check showing what deserves fixing first.

Clearer to customers. Easier to find. Better to run.

The Turcodex system

02

Four stages. One goal: turn more interest into real work.

The work follows the same path your customer does—from first impression to inquiry, handoff, and improvement.

  1. 01

    UNDERSTAND

Find where customers are getting stuck.

Review the website, search presence, Maps profile, reviews, inquiry path, and what happens after contact. The result is a clear priority list of what makes the business harder to understand, trust, or hire—and what can wait.

  2. 02

    FIND

Help the right customers find and trust you.

Make your services, location, proof, and business information clear and consistent across your website, Google, Maps, and the AI tools customers use to compare options.

  3. 03

    RUN

Make it easy to call, book, buy, or request the work.

Improve forms, booking, checkout, confirmations, follow-up, and internal handoff around the way the business actually runs, so good opportunities do not disappear between interest and action.

  4. 04

    RESULTS

Measure what changed. Improve what matters next.

Verify what shipped, track useful signals, and use real inquiry and operating evidence to decide the next improvement. No invented projections, vanity reports, or claims the evidence cannot support.

Selected work

Who you're working with

Jason Turco

Founder / builder

Thirteen years running crews. Now building systems that help good businesses get chosen.

I'm Jason Turco. I spent thirteen years as an electrical foreman on hospital construction around Philadelphia—the kind of work where a plan that looks good but fails in the field is worthless.

I bring the same standard to websites, search, software, and automation: understand the real operation, coordinate the moving parts, and build something that keeps working after launch.

You work directly with me from diagnosis through delivery—no account manager between you and the work.

Before you write

Useful questions, answered directly.

Do I have to rebuild my website?
Usually not. If the site is fast, clear, credible, and easy to act on, visibility or follow-up may be the better first spend. The written check identifies which problem comes first before you commit.
What does a project cost?
Project pricing is tied to a defined scope. You see the work, price, and boundaries before implementation begins. Ongoing upkeep is optional and quoted separately; Turcodex does not require an open-ended monthly retainer.
What actually happens in the written check?
I review how the business appears in search, on Maps, in AI answers, and on its own site; how easy it is to call, book, buy, or inquire; and where the handoff may break. You receive the biggest gaps in priority order and a clear recommendation for what deserves fixing first. No call required.
Can you guarantee rankings, leads, bookings, or revenue?
No. No one can responsibly guarantee those outcomes. Turcodex improves the conditions that influence them, verifies what shipped, and measures the evidence that is actually available.
What if I already have someone doing SEO or marketing?
Keep them if the work is producing value. Turcodex can handle the pieces that fall between providers—often the website, conversion path, structured information, booking or inquiry flow, and operational handoff.
What happens after launch?
You can take a clean handoff, add optional upkeep, or continue with the next agreed improvement. No ongoing service is assumed.
