Turcodex Website Review is operated by Jason Turco, doing business as Turcodex, Asbury Park, New Jersey.

By using Turcodex Website Review, you agree to these terms.

Turcodex Website Review is free to use. It reads a limited set of public pages and returns zero to three findings with suggested wording. It cannot edit or publish your website. OpenAI's terms and any costs for your ChatGPT account apply separately.

You must be 18 or older to use the service.

Use it to review your own website or one you manage or are helping with. Don't use it to monitor, scrape, or repeatedly check other businesses' sites. Do not use it to overload websites, bypass access controls or misuse other people's information. Do not provide credentials, private files or login-only content.

Check all suggested wording before publishing it. Replace placeholders with accurate information. You are responsible for claims about your services, location, qualifications, policies and business. You must have permission to use any content you publish.

The service reads public pages it can access at the time of the request. It may miss information, misunderstand text or be unable to read a site. A review is not a full website audit. It does not verify customer reviews, qualifications, business claims, forms or booking systems. It does not test analytics or AI-search visibility.

Suggestions do not guarantee rankings, sales, bookings or any other result. They are not legal, medical or financial advice.

The service is provided as-is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Turcodex makes no warranties about its accuracy, availability or suitability for your needs. We may limit requests, interrupt the service or stop providing it.

To the extent permitted by law, Turcodex is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost revenue, profits or data, arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Turcodex's total liability is limited to $50.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
