Include the public website address, when the problem happened, and a short description of what you expected and what happened. Don’t send passwords, private files, dashboard screenshots or login-only content.

• Pages whose content appears only after scripts run may not be readable.
• A site may block automated reading or disallow it through robots.txt.
• Login-only pages and private dashboards are outside the review.
• Connection or certificate errors can prevent a page from being read.

The answer explains which pages were checked and what couldn’t be checked. If no pages can be read, try again or use a different public URL.
